At IBX, we can better carry out our mission if our workforce reflects the communities we serve and the environment is inclusive.. Our diverse, well-rounded workforce makes IBX a better and more productive place for all associates to work and feel valued.As part of our commitment to inclusion and belonging in the workplace, IBX offers several associate resource groups. These groups provide a forum to connect and engage our diverse workforce through professional development, networking opportunities, community outreach, and wellness support. Through these groups, IBX aims to increase associate engagement and retention, provide opportunities for growth, and build on our culture of inclusion.

ABLE (Associates Beyond Limited Expectations)
ABLE strives to create a universally accessible work environment, a connection to the community, provide education opportunities for associates on disability topics that embraces individuals of all abilities and talents.
Future Blue Leaders
Future Blue Leaders is a cross-functional resource group for motivated professionals. FBL provides a forum to encourage creative thinking, cultivate professional skills, and develop relationships.
iLEAD (Inspiring, Lifting, and Empowering the African Diaspora)
iLEAD members are advocates and partners championing the recruitment, retention, professional advancement, and well-being of all associates representing the African Diaspora.
imPACT
imPACT is focused on promoting visibility and awareness of Asian American Pacific Islanders within IBX and the communities we serve.
IVets
The IVets welcomes both veterans and supporters. The group helps the company recruit and retain veteran associates, while also providing current veteran associates a forum for networking, camaraderie, and service.
Latinos con Proposito (Latinos with Purpose)
Latinos con Proposito strives to create visibility and connect IBX with its Latino associates and the external Latino community through professional development, community outreach, networking opportunities, and health and wellness efforts.
Multicultural Men’s Group
The Multicultural Men’s Group provides professional development opportunities, community outreach opportunities, and wellness support to our broad, multicultural base of male associates. The group also serves as a forum for mentoring, networking, and camaraderie.
PRIDE
PRIDE was launched to create a safe and accepting workplace for LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning) associates and their allies and to promote health and wellness in the LGBTQ+ community. This group provides education and awareness about sexual orientation and gender identities by providing access to community and wellness resources, peer support and professional development.
Women of Independence
Women of Independence was founded to empower and support purpose-driven women. The group helps women identify and cultivate their talents and abilities through professional development, community engagement, and health and wellness.
