Know Your Mind
Know Your Mind is a mental health public awareness campaign designed to educate the community about symptoms of depression and anxiety, and how to help themselves and others during these emotionally challenging times. Know Your Mind offers advice from a panel of local mental health experts and uses a range of communications platforms and media partnerships to reach communities across the five-county area.

The Philadelphia Tribune and Independence Blue Cross have joined efforts to bring greater awareness to chronic health issues affecting the African American Community in Philadelphia. Through print and digital media, and with the help of over 100 Ambassadors, we’re providing resources and encouraging conversations to promote better health.
