You don’t need to go out-of-network to get the behavioral health care you need. Independence Blue Cross (IBX) offers a high-quality, credentialed network of therapists, psychiatric providers, specialists, and other behavioral health providers who can support a broad range of specialties, including:

A subset of our behavioral health network, called the Connect to Care network, includes dozens of providers who have committed to getting IBX members into the right care fast — as quickly as in 1 – 2 days (national average is 6+ weeks). Connect to Care providers are available for the specialties listed above and include in-person and virtual appointments.

Quartet Health*
Quartet Health is one resource we make available to IBX members. This service helps you find an in-network behavioral health provider who meets your specific needs and preferences. Because you have an Independence Blue Cross health plan, there is no additional cost for you to use Quartet Health; however, if you see a provider, your copay or deductible may apply.
Teladoc Mental Health Care*
Through Teladoc Health (Teladoc), you have convenient, confidential access to trusted professionals who can help you manage stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and more. Teladoc offers virtual visits by phone or video with board-certified psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists.
