Clinical Care Innovation Program

Since 2020, our award-winning Clinical Care Innovation (CCI) Program supports providers who are leading the way to improve health outcomes, break down barriers to care, and drive increased cost efficiency in the system for the benefit of members and customers. The program funds grants and pilots to support:

• New and innovative care delivery ideas in need of targeted populations and relevant data
• Cutting-edge models of care with demonstrated successes that require further development and optimization
• Mature initiatives ready to be scaled broadly
