Individuals and families

All medical plans include pediatric dental essential health benefits. Select the IBX Dental PPO Network to search for an in-network dentist.

Small business employer medical plans

All small business employer group medical plans include pediatric dental essential health benefits.

  • If you are enrolled in a small employer PPO, EPO, or HSA/HRA medical plan, select the IBX PPO Network.
  • If you are enrolled in a small employer HMO/DPOS medical plan, select the IBX Managed Care Network.

Small and large employer standalone dental plans

  • If you are enrolled in an employer dental PPO or EPO plan, select the IBX PPO Network.
  • If you are enrolled in an employer Managed Dental Care plan, or have a Keystone Dental Rider, select the IBX Managed Care Network.

Please note: Managed Dental Care plans require the selection of a Primary Dental Office (PDO) from the Plan’s dental Managed Care network. The member’s PDO provides routine care and arranges or provides most other necessary and appropriate Dental services. Except for emergency services, benefits are covered only when provided or properly referred by the member’s PDO. The manner of accessing benefits through the PDO is made clear in the terms of the Group Contract and Certificate of Coverage. You and your covered dependents may choose different PDOs. Pediatric members do not require a referral to see a pediatric dentist.
