Locating your PNS Contact
The Provider Network Services (PNS) team within Independence Blue Cross (IBX) supports hospitals, individual community professional Providers, and ancillary entities across nine counties within the greater Philadelphia area. Follow the instructions below that correspond with your provider type to contact PNS.
- IDSs and employed providers. For Integrated Delivery Systems (IDS) health systems inclusive of owned hospitals, physicians, ancillaries, and other care facilities and employed providers, use the PNS Contact Tool below to locate and contact your existing IDS Provider Partnership Associate at IBX.
- Ancillary providers. For independent ancillary providers (e.g., home health, home infusion, laboratory, and ambulance providers), with the exception of durable medical equipment (DME) providers, use the PNS Contact Tool below to locate and contact your existing IDS Provider Partnership Associate.
- Community providers. For Community and DME providers, please complete a Provider Network Services inquiry request form and submit to pnsproviderrequests@ibx.com. An IBX Provider Partnership Associate will be assigned to respond to your inquiry within 30 days.
