Additionally, IBX contracts with an independent pharmacy benefits management (PBM) company to provide Medicare Part D prescription benefit management services, and one of the largest pharmacy networks.

Find a dentist

All IBX Medicare Advantage members have preventive and diagnostic dental coverage, and most plans have comprehensive dental coverage, included in their health plan.

We’re moving to the new IBX Medicare Dental Network on January 1, 2025.

Starting January 1, 2025, members will have access to more dentists and will need to use an IBX Medicare Dental Network dentist for in-network coverage.

To search for an in-network IBX Medicare Dental Network dentist:

Find an IBX Medicare Dental Network dentist

From now until January 1, 2025, current members should continue to use the United Concordia dental network for in-network coverage. To find a participating dentist use our Find a United Concordia dentist search tool below. When searching for a dentist make sure to select the correct dental network for your plan.

  • Keystone 65 HMO and Personal Choice 65 PPO members should select the Concordia Choice Plus Medicare Advantage network.
  • Group plan Keystone 65 HMO members with dental benefits are required to select a primary dental office and should select the Keystone DHMO network.
  • Group plan Personal Choice 65 members with dental benefits should select the Concordia Choice Plus Medicare Advantage network.

Find a Vision Provider

Keystone 65 and Personal Choice 65 members have routine vision coverage included in their health plan. Members must use a Davis Vision provider for in-network routine vision care. To find a participating provider use the Davis Vision search tool.

Find a Hearing Provider

Routine hearing exams, evaluations, and hearing aids must be provided by a TruHearing® provider. All hearing services that are not covered by Medicare must be obtained by a TruHearing provider. Any care received from a non-participating provider will not be covered by the plan.

To obtain routine hearing services, you must contact TruHearing at 1-855-541-6173 (TTY: 711) 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday to schedule an appointment with a participating TruHearing provider.

Independence Blue Cross contracts with an independent pharmacy benefits management (PBM) company to provide Medicare Part D prescription benefit management service. Opioid treatment programs (OTPs)

Opioid treatment programs (OTPs) are covered under Part B of Original Medicare. Independence Blue Cross Medicare Advantage members can receive coverage for these services through their plan. Covered services include:

  • FDA-approved opioid agonist and antagonist treatment medications and the dispensing and administration of such medications, if applicable
  • Substance use counseling
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Toxicology testing
